Brussels Urban Sessions is a 'Good Vibes Only' event. We expect all our visitors to share this spirit, to respect each other and to support the athletes. Acts of violence or discrimination are not tolerated and will be prosecuted.
Incidents will be taken seriously and can be reported to the first aid station or to Brussels Urban Sessions staff.

We strive to make our festival fully accessible to everyone. We look at each case to see what we can do to make sure you can get around smoothly, so we can provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience at Urban Sessions for everyone.
Security will be provided around and on the festival grounds. We will also have a first aid station clearly marked on the festival map. In case of an emergency, please ask the dedicated staff for assistance and follow the instructions provided by the organizers.
We have compiled a clear list of all prohibited items on the festival grounds.

Drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone caught in possession of illegal drugs will be immediately removed from the festival site. Prescription drugs are allowed (people who need to take medication are asked to bring a medical certificate).

It is also forbidden to bring alcohol to the festival site. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to drink alcohol, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to drink hard liquor.

The following items are not allowed on the event:
- professional photo, video and audio recording equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, drones... only credentialed individuals will be allowed.
- food or beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), glass, plastic bottles, cans...
- fireworks, explosives, torches and any other flammable product, weapons, knives and other sharp objects, portable benches or chairs, inflatable items (pools, balloons, chairs and sofas...), gels and non-drinkable liquids such as deodorants.
